1. Place gimMe Sushi Nori sheet on a bamboo rolling mat. 2. Spread a layer of cooked sushi rice on gimMe Sushi Nori, leaving about an inch uncovered at both edges on top and bottom. 3. Add you favorite ingredients (meat/fish, veggies, avocado, etc.) along the edge closest to you and season with salt to taste. Some favorite filling ideas: Traditional: Organic turkey and cheddar or Swiss, tuna or chicken salad. Add celery for an extra crunch. Veggie: Avocado, cucumber and hummus or tahini. Mexican Style: Beans, cheddar cheese and rice. Korean Style: Rice, spinach, carrots, and thinly cut fried eggs. 4. Using the bamboo, rolling mat, carefully roll from bottom around your fillings, then seal by dampening the edge with a bit of water. 5. Slice into bite-size pieces and enjoy! Storage Suggestions: After opening, store in a large sealable zipper storage bag and store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
