Premium grade rice. Specially selected. Using new milling technology. Just add water. For additional recipes please visit www.jfc.com. This bag has microscopic holes to let the rice breathe. It is not waterproof. Please do not place on wet surfaces. Product of USA.

Directions

1-1/2 cups rice. 2 cups water. Cooking Directions: All Purpose Rice (Excellent for Sushi): Combine 1-1/2 cups Nishiki Rice and 2 cups water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, 20 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat; let stand covered, 10 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. Makes about 4 cups cooked rice or 6 (2/3 cup) servings. Note: If using an electric rice cooker, combine 1-1/2 cups rice and 2 cups water in electric rice cooker pot. Continue as directed by rice cooker manufacturer.
