Directions

One cup of raw rice will produce about 3 cups of cooked rice. 1. 1 cup rice in pot. 2. Add 1-1/4 cups water. 3. Bring to boil over high heat. 4. Cover pot and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove pot from heat and serve. Serving Suggestions: For a vegetarian dish, stir mixed vegetables through cooked rice and serve with lime dressing. Add your favorite combination of stir-fried meats and vegetables, a dash of soy and oyster sauces to cooked rice for a quick and easy meal.
