Ingredients

Okonomiyaki Flour: Unbleached Enriched Wheat Flour (Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Leavenings (Sodium Acid, Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Modified Food Starch, Soy Flour, Kelp Powder, Salt, Sugar, Soybean Oil, Guar Gum. Original Sauce: Dextrose, Water, Sugar, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, White Distilled Vinegar, Molasses, Salt, Tomato Paste, Modified Corn Starch, Apple Puree. Carrot Puree, Peach Puree, Gluten Free Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans and Salt), Dates, Yeast Extract, Concentrated Date Juice. Onion Paste, Spices, Concentrated Raisin Juice, Mushroom Extract, Shiitake Powder, Xanthan Gum, Garlic Puree, Kelp Powder.

Directions

You will need: 3 eggs; 8 oz pre-packed salad mix (such as coleslaw mix, baby kale, or a mixture of both); 2 slices of bacon, cut into 3 pieces (you will have 6 total); 1/3 cup water; 3 tbsp vegetable oil. Kit makes 3 Okonomiyaki Pancakes: 1. Mix: Mix Okonomiyaki Flour, eggs, and water in a bowl. Add vegetables and mix again. 2. Heat: Heat 1 tbsp oil on griddle or frying pan. Spoon 1/3 of the flour & vegetable mixture onto the surface. Top with 2 pieces of bacon (optional). 3. Cook: Add Cook for 3 to 4 minutes over medium-low heat. Flip Okonomiyaki and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat the process to make a total of 3 Okonomiyaki pancakes. 4. Serve: Drizzle sauce evenly over each individual Okonomiyaki pancake and serve hot. Enjoy!
