How To Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Boling Water: 1. Bring 3 quarts water to boil in a pot; remove from heat. 2. Add noodles and stir immediately. Stir gently every 1-2 minutes to prevent sticking. 3. Soak 3-4 minutes for recipes where noodles require additional cooking. Soak 5-7 minutes for recipes calling for fully cooked noodles or use in cold noodle dishes. Drain. Hot Water Soak ( Use this method for recipes where noodles require additional cooking). 1. Place noodles in a large bowl, cover with HOT tap water; stir. 2. Soak 30 minutes, stirring once or twice to prevent sticking. Drain and use in recipes calling for additional cooking or use in soups. Store In A Cool, Dry Place. Best If Used Within 60 days After Opening.
