Japanese Style Noodles. Product of U.S.A.
Enriched Flour (Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin, Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Salt and Lactic Acid.
1. Chow mein (fried noodles): Place noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes until separated. Drain well. Heat wok or fry pan and add 1 tbsp of oil. Add 1/4 cup cooked chicken. Add 1/4 cup Chinese cabbage and prawns. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add noodles and 2 tbsp of oyster sauce, stir fry for 3 minutes and serve. 2. Noodles with soup: Bring 250 ml chicken, fish or vegetable stock to boil. Add noodles, fish cake, seaweed and bean curd. Cook for 2 minutes until hot and serve.
