Japanese style noodles. No MSG added. Cholesterol free. Low fat. Microwavable: 3 min. Our Shirakiku Udon is kneaded to perfection to obtain a firm yet pleasantly chewy texture. This Sanuki-style udon is thick and scrumptious with our specialty formulated soup base. Try topping it with scallions, shiitake mushrooms, sesame seeds, poached egg, or tempura. So go ahead! Noodles: Enriched Wheat Flour (Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Salt, Lactic Acid. Soup Base: Salt, Spices (Red Chili Pepper, Garlic Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper), Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (Corn, Soy, Wheat), Soy Sauce Powder (Wheat, Soybean, Salt, Maltodextrin), Maltodextrin, Lactose, Beef Extract, Yeast Extract, Sugar, Fermented Fish Powder, Onion Powder, Caramel Color, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate, Soybean Oil.


Allergy Information: Contains soy, wheat, milk, fish. Manufacture in a facility that also processes shrimp, egg, and yellow No. 5 products.


Cooking Directions: Stove Top: 1. Add noodles to 1-3/4 cup of boiling water. Cook for 2 minutes. 2. Add soup base just before turning off the heat. 3. Transfer noodles and soup to a bowl. Serve immediately. (If desired, garnish with vegetables, meat, fish, egg, ect.) Microwave: 1. Add noodles, soup base and 1 cup water into a microwavable bowl. The noodles should be completely submerged under water. 2. Cover the top of the bowl with a kitchen wrap and place the bowl in a microwave. Heat on high for 3 minutes. Caution: Contents are hot after microwaving. 3. Carefully remove kitchen wrap. Stir before serving. Note: Cooking time may vary by microwave. Store in a cool and dry place. Do not freeze.
