This Sanuki-style udon is thick and scrumptious with our specially formulated soup base. Try topping it with scallions, shiitake mushrooms, sesame seeds, poached egg, or tempura. So go ahead! Ingredients

Noodles: Enriched Wheat Flour (Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Salt, Lactic Acid. Soup Base: Salt, Sugar, Soy Sauce Powder (Wheat, Soybean, Salt, Maltodextrin), Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (Corn, Soy, Wheat), Maltodextrin, Lactose, Konbu (Kelp) Powder, Bonito Powder, Fermented Fish Powder, Caramel Color, Sodium Bicarbonate, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate, Soybean Oil.

Directions

Cooking Directions: Stove Top: 1. Add noodles to 1-3/4 cup of boiling water. Cook for 2 minutes. 2. Add soup base just before turning off the heat. 3. Transfer noodles and soup to a bowl. Serve immediately. If desired, garnish with vegetables, meat, fish, egg, etc. Microwave: 1. Add noodles, soup base and 1 cup of water into a microwavable bowl. The noodles should be completely submerged under water. 2. Cover the top of the bowl with a kitchen wrap and place the bowl in a microwave. Heat on high for 3 minutes. Caution: Contents are hot after microwaving. 3. Carefully remove kitchen wrap. Stir before serving. Note: Cooking time may vary by microwave. Store in a cool and dry place. Do not freeze.
