1 package Kikkoman Tandoori Chicken Seasoning Mix; 1/4 teaspoon vegetable oil; 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs. Dissolve mix in 1/3 cup water, add vegetable oil, stirring until all ingredients are well blended. Set aside and let stand 5 minutes. Rinse chicken thighs thoroughly under cold running water and pat dry with paper towels. Cut thighs in half and brush with seasoning, coating on all sides. Arrange pieces in single layer in ungreased baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees F. 20 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
