1 package Kikkoman Sweet & Sour Sauce Mix, 1/4 cup vinegar, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tbsp Kikkoman soy sauce, 1 pound lean pork, cut into 1-inch cubes, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 carrots, cut diagonally into thin slices, 1 onion, chunked, 1 green bell pepper, chunked, 1 cup pineapple chunks. Dissolve mix in vinegar and 3/4 cup water; set aside. Combine cornstarch and soy sauce; stir in pork until well coated. Heat oil in wok or large skillet over medium-high heat; add pork. Stir-fry until golden brown. Add 1/4 cup water; cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring twice. Stir in carrots, onion and pepper with sweet & sour mixture. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add pineapple; cook and stir until heated through. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
