Sushi Rice: Water, Japonica Rice, Citric Acid for Freshness. Sushi Vinegar: Rice Vinegar [Water, Rice], Unrefined Unbleached Cane Juice Powder, Salt. Shoyu Soy Sauce: Water, Soybeans, Wheat, Salt. Wasabi Powder: Horseradish, Mustard, Mustard Extract, Spirulina. Sushi Nori: Nori (Porphyra Yezoensis) Seaweed.

Easy-to-Prepare: 1. Partially open sushi rice pack and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Place hot sushi rice in bowl. 2. Sprinkle sushi vinegar on rice while hot. Without over-stirring, gently mix vinegar into rice, while fanning to cool down. 3. In a very small dish, add 1 tbsp water to wasabi powder and mix well. Set aside to serve with sushi. 4. Place a sheet of nori on sushi mat, shiny side down. With wet fingers, spread rice onto nori, leaving 2 inches nori showing at the top. Add a few pieces of your favorite fillings. Cut nori sheet to half-size for thin sushi rolls. 5. Roll tightly while lifting sushi mat to keep it out of the roll. Moisten edge of nori to seal roll. 6.
