Ingredients

Tomatillos, Water, Onions, Poblano Peppers, Sugar, Cilantro Leaves, Cornstarch, Agave Nectar, Salt, Serrano Peppers, Canola Oil, Key Lime Juice, Green Chiles, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Directions

For Great Tasting Tacos: 1 tbsp vegetable oil; 1 green bell pepper or poblano chile, thinly sliced; 1 small red onion, chopped; 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined; 1 pouch (7 oz) Ortega Cilantro & Green Chile Skillet Sauce; 8 Ortega Flour Soft Tortillas, warmed. Heat vegetable oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pepper and onion, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, about 4 minutes. Stir in shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp turn pink. Stir in cilantro & green chile skillet sauce and cook for 4 minutes or until heated through. Serve in warmed tortillas with your favorite toppings. Makes 4 servings.
