Ingredients

Water, Canola Oil, Raisin, Mulato Poblano Pepper, Sugar, Fire Roasted Diced Tomato in Juice (Fire Roasted Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Salt, Calcium Chloride, Citric Acid), Sesame Seed, White Vinegar, Peanuts, Tomatillo Puree, Diced Onions, Pasilla Chiles, Ancho Chili Peppers, Kosher Salt, Pumpkin Seeds, Cocoa Powder, Garlic, Chipotle Chiles, Cinnamon, Allspice, Black Pepper, Cloves, Anise Seed, Coriander.

Directions

Refrigerate after opening. Best if used within 6 days after opening. Heat and Serve. Chef Tips: Use 1 jar for each 1 lb chicken, pork, beef or tofu. Pan sear 1 lb chicken thighs in 1 Tbsp olive oil in a skillet until lightly browned and thoroughly cooked to 165°F. Stir in 1 jar of simmer sauce; simmer about 15 min. Serve over rice or vegetables. Add simmer sauce to braise large cuts of meat in the oven.
