Product Details

Micronutrients. Liquid plant food. A special plant food for African violets & other blooming plants. Just 7 drops per quart water for beautiful plants! Easy-to-measure dropper. In nature, African violets obtain their food from a nutrient-rich environment which is continuously being replenished by nature's cycle. However, African violets grown indoors depend on you to provide these nutrients. Feeding with Schultz African Violet Plus gives you the joy of knowing your African violets are fed every time you water them. Fertilizing with each watering eliminates the need to remember when you last fed your plants. Schultz African Violet Plus is excellent for all varieties of African violets and other plants in the gesneriad family. It is recommended for use with all types of water and potting soil. Ideal for hydroponic cultures. African violets are one of the most popular blooming houseplants.

Derived from: Urea, Ammonium and Potassium Phosphates, Potassium Nitrate, Iron EDTA, Manganese EDTA, Zinc EDTA.

Do not swallow. Keep bottle tightly closed when not in use. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Shake bottle well before each use. Keep bottle in carton when not in use. Just 7 drops (1/8 teaspoon) per quart of water every time you water. Water from top to bottom. Avoid wetting leaves. For feeding once or twice a month use up to 14 drops (1/4 teaspoon) per quart of water. 1 full squeeze of the dropper dispenses approx. 14 drops. Helpful Hints: Watering Overwatering is a common cause of African violet failure. Water when top of soil is dry or pot feels light. Discard excess water from saucers after 30 minutes. Watering In the morning is best. Night wetness promotes mildew. Light: African violets require 12-16 hours of bright, indirect light daily. Avoid direct sun. Without adequate light, African violets will not bloom. Temperature and Humidity African violets' comfort range is the same as for people and pets: 65-80 degrees F (18-27 degrees C); and 40-50% humidity.
