Wrap Cooking - 3 Easy Steps: Soak: Submerge wraps and twine in water for 5 minutes. Wrap: Roll food in the wrap, parallel to the grain and secure with butcher's twine (included) or for added flair, tie with a scallion! Cook: Steam, bake or grill until food is at desired doneness. Serve individual wraps to your guests for a gourmet presentation. In the Oven: Place your prepared wraps on a cookie sheet. Oven temperature should not exceed 365 degrees. On the Grill Use: Place on indirect heat. Close lid of grill. Do not leave food unattended while cooking. Keep spray bottle of water handy to put out flare-ups. Stovetop Steaming: Use a vegetable steamer, or place on hot grill pan to steam your dish to perfection. Do not place the wraps directly on the heating elements!
