How to Use: Designed for use with Joyce Chen and other stir fry pans and woks. Place steamer in a wok or stir fry pan with just enough water so that the bottom rim of the steamer rests in water. With cover in place, steam over medium high heat being careful not to allow water to boil up into the food.
