Don't... - Use your Grilltopper before reading all instructions. - Place your Grilltopper on your grill when preheating. Touch your Grilltopper without proper hand protection when HOT. - Place a hot Grilltopper directly on ANY outdoor/indoor surface that is not resistant to heat. - Wash your Grilltopper until it is cool to touch. (1) Spray with cooking spray or lightly coat with oil before each use. (2) Your Oscarware Grilltopper is 100% dishwasher safe. Stubborn, charred-on foods sometimes require a little elbow grease at the sink. You may use a plastic "NON-ABRASIVE" type scrubber sponge or scouring pad in warm, soapy water. AVOID USING ABRASIVE CLEANERS/POWDERS, SCRUBBERS OR STEEL-WOOL ON YOUR GOURMET GRILLTOPPER! Extremely stubborn, burnt-on foods may require the use of a wooden spoon/scraper. You may also soak your Grilltopper in a solution of teaspoons baking soda and quart water to loosen burnt-on foods. (3) This will allow both the food and the Grilltopper to heat at the same time. Placing chilled food on a HOT Grilltopper can cause damage to the porcelain-coating from thermal shock. (4) Washing a HOT Grilltopper can cause warping and/or damage to the porcelain-coating from thermal shock. Frozen Pizza: 1. Preheat grill on low heat setting for 15 minutes. 2.
