Ingredients

Salt, Herbs and Spices (Black Pepper, Coriander, Red Pepper, Mustard, Rosemary, Bay Leaf, Thyme), Onion, Garlic, Sugar, Orange Peel.

Directions

All You Need: 1 whole turkey (up to 25 lbs), thawed; 1 package Spice Islands Turkey Brine Mix; 4 quarts water; 1 single-use brine bag (included), or large stainless steel or plastic container; 4 quarts ice water. All You Do: Mix: Rinse thawed turkey and remove giblets. In large pot, dissolve brine mix in 4 quarts of water over medium heat. Do not boil; cool to room temperature. Brine: Place turkey in brine bag. Set turkey and bag into ice filled cooler, large roasting pan or large stockpot for support. Pour cooled brine and 4 quarts of ice water into brine bag and seal tightly. Brine in refrigerator or ice filled cooler for 1 hour per pound of turkey. Roast: Remove turkey from brine. Rinse turkey and pat city. Roast in oven following manufacturer's instructions until done.
