Directions

Measurements: 2 Servings: 1 cup rice, 1 cup water; 4 Servings: 2 cups rice, 2 cups water; 6 Servings: 3 cups rice, 3 cups water. 1/2 cup uncooked rice = 1 serving (About 1 cup of cooked rice). Directions: Saucepan: 1 Bring water to a boil (If desired, add butter and salt to taste.). 2. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. 3. Let stand 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork. Microwave: 1. Place water and rice in microwave-safe bowl (If desired, add butter and salt to taste.). 2. Cover. Microwave on high (Microwave Cook Times: 2 servings, 6 minutes; 4 servings, 8 minutes; 6 servings, 10 minutes.). 3. Let stand 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork.
