Cooking Texmati Royal Blend Rice Blend: 1 cup uncooked rice mix, 1-1/2 cups water, 1 tsp. butter, 1/2 tsp. salt (optional). 1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil; stir once. 3. Cover with a tight fitting lid or foil; reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. 4. Remove from heat and let stand (covered) for 5 to 10 minutes. Yields approximately 2-3/4 cups cooked rice.
