Water, Parboiled Long Grain Rice, Red Bell Peppers, Green Bell Peppers, Salt, Dried Vegetables (Onion, Green Bell Pepper, Red Bell Pepper), Tomato Powder, Garlic Powder, Spices, Sugar, Paprika (Color), Canola Oil, Natural Flavors, Niacin, Iron (Ferric Orthophosphate), Thiamine (Thiamine Mononitrate), Folate (Folic Acid).
Just Heat and Enjoy: 1. Squeeze pouch to separate rice. 2. Tear two inches to vent. 3. Heat on high for 90 seconds. 4. Remove from microwave using cool touch area on untorn side.
