How To Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Stovetop: 1. Bring 2 cups water and contents of package (salt if desired) to a boil in medium saucepan; stir. Reduce heat to low; cover with tight fitting lid. 2. Simmer 12 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand covered, 10 minutes for water to absorb and grains to become tender. 3. Fluff with fork; season to taste and serve. Yield: 4 cups cooked. Chef Tip: For fluffy grains, do not stir or remove lid during cooking. Store in a cool, dry place.
