Enriched Precooked Long Grain Rice (Rice, Niacinamide [Niacin], Ferric Orthophosphate [Iron], Thiamin Hydrochloride [Thiamin], Folic Acid).

Directions

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store remaining uncooked rice in a sealed container. How to Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your appliance. 2 Servings = 1 cup each rice and water, 1 quart microwave-safe dish; 4 Servings = 2 cups each rice and water, 1-1/2 quart microwave-safe dish; 6 Servings = 3 cups each rice and water, 2 quart microwave-safe dish. Stovetop: 1. Bring water to a boil in medium saucepan. (Add margarine and salt, if desired.) 2. Stir in rice and cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. 3. Fluff lightly with fork and serve. Microwave Oven: 1. Combine rice and water in a microwave-safe dish. (Add margarine and salt, if desired.) 2. Microwave on High until boiling (about 5 minutes). 3. Remove from microwave. Let stand until all water is absorbed (about 2-4 minutes). 4. Fluff lightly with fork and serve.
