Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store remaining uncooked rice in a sealed container. How to Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Microwave Cooking Chart: 2 Servings = 1 cup each rice and water, 1 quart microwave-safe dish; 4 Servings = 2 cups each rice and water, 2 quart microwave-safe dish; 6 Servings = 3 cups each rice and water, 2 quart microwave-safe dish. Stovetop: 1.Select number of servings from chart below. Bring water and salt, if desired to a boil in medium saucepan. 2. Stir in rice; cover and remove from heat. 3. Let stand 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff lightly with fork and serve. Microwave (1100 watts): 1.Select number of servings from chart below.
