Precooked Parboiled Whole Grain Brown Rice.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store remaining uncooked rice in a sealed container. How To Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Stove Top- 1. Select number of servings from chart below. Bring water and salt, if desired to boil in medium saucepan. 2. Stir in rice and return to boil. Reduce heat to LOW; cover and cook 5 minutes. 3. Remove from heat. Stir; cover and let stand 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff lightly with fork and serve. Number of servings: 2= 1 cup rice and 1 cup water.4= 2 cups rice and 1 3/4 cups water. 6= 3 cups and 2 1/2 cups water. Microwave (1100 watts)- 1. Select number of servings from chart below. Combine rice, water and salt, if desired in the selected microwave-safe dish size. 2. Cover and cook on HIGH until boiling according to time in chart. 3.
