Precooked Parboiled Whole Grain Brown Rice.
How to Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Microwaving more than one bag at a time is not recommended. Range Top: 1. Pour 4 cups water in medium saucepan and submerge 1 bag of rice. 2. Bring to boil. Cook uncovered 10 minutes. 3. Carefully remove bag from water with fork or tongs; drain. Carefully cut bag open and empty cooked rice into serving dish. Season to taste and serve. Chef Tip: To cook more than one bag on stovetop, pour 3 quarts water into large pot and submerge 2-4 bags of rice. Continue with step 2 above. Microwave (1100 Watts): 1. Pour 4 cups water into a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl and submerge 1 bag of rice. 2. Cook uncovered on high 11-12 minutes. 3. Carefully remove bowl from oven using pot holders. Remove bag from water with fork or tongs; drain. Carefully cut bag open and empty cooked rice into a serving dish. Season to taste and serve. Store in a cool, dry place and use by date stamped on end flap.
