Water, Whole Grain Brown Rice, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Carrageenan (Stabilizer), Sunflower Lecithin (Emulsifier).


Microwave Directions: 1. Pull or cut film to vent bowl. Place bowl in microwave and heat on high for 2 minutes. For softer rice heat for 3 minutes. 2. Important: Remove bowl carefully from microwave oven taking hold of bowl from the sides using oven mitts or potholders. Do not place hand over top of bowl when removing. Caution: Bowl and steam will be very hot. 3. Stir rice and serve immediately. Enjoy. Microwave ovens vary so cooking time might be different. Cover and refrigerate unused portion after opening.
