How to Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Stove Top: 1. Bring 1-1/2 cups water, 1 cup rice blend (salt if desired) to a boil in medium saucepan; stir. Reduce heat to low; cover. 2. Simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand covered, 5-10 minutes for water to absorb and grains to become softer. 3. Fluff with fork; season to taste and serve. Yield: About 3 cups cooked. Chef Tip: To cook entire package, use 3 cups water following directions above and stand for 10 minutes.
