Pre-Washed Quinoa, Dehydrated Vegetable (Carrot, Onion, Tomato, Garlic, Spinach, Celery). 2% or Less of Tomato and Onion Powders, Sea Salt, Yeast Extract, Dehydrated Pinto Beans, Parsley, Silicon Dioxide.
Cooking: 1. Bring 1-1/2 cups water to a boil. 2. Add entire contents of pouch and mix well. 3. Reduce heat and cover. 4. Simmer 14-18 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. 5. Stir. 6. Serve at room temperature for greater flavor intensity. Store in a cool and dry place.
