Serves Two: What's Included: Tikka masala sauce; rice; vegetable blend; just add: chicken. Ready in Under 30 Mins: 1. Prep Ingredients: Chop 1 tbsp. cilantro. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces; 2. Heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 to 6 min. or until evenly browned; 3. Add 1-1/3 cups water, rice, and vegetable blend; stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; 4. Cover; simmer 17 to 19 min. or until most of the water is gone. Remove from heat; 5. Add tikka masala sauce; stir to combine; 6. Stir in yogurt and cilantro. Enjoy! Chef's Tip: Season chicken with 1/2 tsp. ground cumin and/or ground ginger before browning it in step 2.
