What's Inside: vegetable blend (dried: chickpeas, carrots, onions); rice; tikka masala sauce. What You Need: 1 tsp. oil; 1-1/3 cups water; 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs. Optional Garnish: 2 tbsp. plain Greek-style yogurt; 1 bunch cilantro. Ready in Under 30 Mins: Prep Ingredients: 1. Chop 1 tbsp. cilantro. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. 2. Heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 to 6 min. or until evenly browned. 3. Add 1-1/3 cups water, rice, and vegetable blend; stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. 4. Cover; simmer 17 to 19 min. or until most of the water is gone. Remove from heat. 5. Add tikka masala sauce; stir to combine. 6. Stir in yogurt and cilantro. Enjoy! Chef's Tip: Season chicken with 1/2 tsp. Ground cumin and/or ground ginger before browning it in step 2.
