What's Inside: vegetable blend (dried: carrots, green beans, red peppers); rice; Szechuan-style sauce. What You Need: 1 tsp. oil; 1-1/4 cups water; 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs. Optional Garnish: 1 bunch green onions. Ready in Under 30 Mins: Prep Ingredients: 1. Slice 1/4 cup green onions. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. 2. Heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 to 6 min. or until evenly browned. 3. Add 1-1/4 cups water, rice and vegetable blend; stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. 4. Cover; simmer 17 to 19 min. or until most of the water is gone. Remove from heat. 5. Add Szechuan-style sauce; stir to combine. 6. Stir in green onions. Enjoy! Chef's Tip: Add 2 additional sliced green onions to the skillet after browning the chicken in step 2; cook 30 sec. continue on to step 3.
