Store in a cool, dry place. Cooking Directions HOW TO COOK Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Stove Top 1. Bring 2 1/2 cups water and Sorghum Blend (do NOT add salt at this time) to a boil in medium saucepan; stir. Reduce heat to LOW; cover with tight fitting lid. 2. Simmer 50-55 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand covered, 10 minutes for water to absorb and grains to become tender. 3. Fluff with fork; season to taste and serve. Yield: about 3 1/2 cups cooked. Chef Tips: For fluffy grains, do not stir or remove lid during cooking.
