Cooking Directions: Get the best from your pasta, cooking the Italian way. 1. Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a boil. Add salt to taste. 2. Add pasta to boiling water. 3. Boil uncovered for 9 minutes, gently stirring occasionally. Drain and set aside on a sheet pan which is lightly covered with cooking spray to prevent sticking. 4.
