Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Pasta approximately doubles in volume during cooking. 1. Bring 4 quarts water to a rapid boil (salt if desired). 2. Add desired amount of pasta to boiling water. Reduce heat to a gentle boil. 3. Cook 9 min (al dente) to 11 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. 4. Drain carefully. Estimate 1/3 cup dry pasta per serving. Makes a great soup pasta. Store in a cool, dry place.
