Wheat Flour, Durum Wheat Semolina, Partially Hydrogenated Palm Oil (Adds a Dietarily Insignificant Amount of Trans Fat), Salt, Whey, Corn Syrup (Dried), Reduced Lactose Whey, Natural Flavor, Palm Oil, Monosodium Glutamate, Cultured Nonfat Buttermilk, Parmesan Cheese (Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Sodium Caseinate, Modified Corn Starch, Parsley (Dried), Nonfat Milk, Onions (Dried), Spices, Lactic Acid, Ferrous Sulfate, Niacin, Soy Lecithin, Yellow 5, Thiamin Mononitrate, Yellow 6 Lake, Yellow 6, Riboflavin, Folic Acid.

Directions

Range Top: What You Need: 2 tbsp margarine or butter; 1-1/3 cups water; 2/3 cup milk. 1. In medium saucepan, bring water, milk and margarine or butter to a boil. Then slowly stir in pasta and special seasonings. Separate pasta with a fork, if needed. Return to boil. 2. Reduce heat to medium. Boil uncovered, 4-5 min or until pasta is just tender, stirring frequently. 3. Sauce will be thin. Let stand 3-5 min to thicken. 2-1/2 cups prepared. Microwave: In 2-quart microwaveable bowl, combine 1-1/3 cups water, 2/3 cup milk and 2 tablespoons of margarine or butter. Microwave uncovered at high 4-5 minutes or until boiling. Slowly stir in pasta and special seasonings. Microwave at high 1 minute. Stir. Microwave at high 3-4 minutes. Sauce will be thin. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Microwave ovens vary; adjust times as needed. Less Fat: Follow Range Top or Microwave directions, except substitute margarine with 1 teaspoon olive oil and use 3/4 cup skim milk. Fat reduced to 6 g from 13 g per serving with saturated fat reduced to 2 g from 4 g and trans fat reduced to 0 g from 2 g per serving. 50 calories from fat per serving.
