Organic Whole Wheat Couscous (Organic Whole Wheat Flour).

Store in a cool, dry place. Cooking Directions HOW TO COOK Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Stove Top 1. Bring 2 cups water, (1 Tbsp olive or vegetable oil, 1/2 tsp salt if desired) to a boil on HIGH in a medium saucepan. 2. Stir in 1 (8 oz) package of couscous; cover. Remove from heat. 3. Let stand 8 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. Microwave (1100 watts) 1. Combine 2 cups water, (1 Tbsp olive or vegetable oil, 1/2 tsp salt if desired) in a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole or bowl. Cover with lid. 2. Microwave on HIGH until water boils; about 5 minutes. 3. Carefully remove casserole using pot holders. Stir in 1 (8 oz) package couscous; cover. Let stand 8 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. Caution: Dish and contents are HOT. Chef Tips: Use broth or stock in place of water. Try seasoning with Organic Garlic Parsley Finishing Butter.
