With the DeLallo Italian Pizza Dough Kit, you can create that signature chewy texture and crispy crust in your own kitchen. All that's left is deciding on how to top it! Wheat Flour (Type 00), Sourdough Dehydrated from Wheat Flour, Salt, Sugar, Yeast (Dried Yeast, Emulsifier), Ascorbic Acid.

Instructions: You Will Need: Pizza Kit; measuring cup; mixing bowl & fork. Pizza Dough Prep: 1. Combine flour mix and yeast packet in a large mixing bowl with 1-1/4 cups (300 ml) of lukewarm water. Stir with a fork until dough begins to form. 2. Knead by hand for 3 minutes, or until dough is soft and smooth. Transfer to a clean, lightly oiled bowl and cover tightly with plastic wrap. Allow the dough to rinse in a warm place until doubled, about 45 minutes. (After this step, you can refrigerate for use within 1-3 days.) 3. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Divide dough into 2-4 equal pieces (depending on size and thickness desired). Form pizza by hand on a lightly oiled baking pan or pizza stone. Accent with your favorite toppings. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and toppings are cooked. Thick-Crust: Makes 2-10 inch pizzas. Thin-Crust: 4-10 inches pizzas.
