Ingredients

All Natural: Coriander, Paprika, Dehydrated Garlic, Cumin, Chili Pepper, Sea Salt, Lemon Peel Granules, Citric Acid, Cinnamon, Mint, Ginger, Natural Flavor.

Directions

Single Batch Recipe: 2 lbs beets; 3 tbsp olive oil; 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar; 2 tbsp orange zest; 1 tbsp seasoning. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Trim and peel beets, then cut into 1-inch pieces. Place in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Mix together olive oil and 1 tbsp seasoning. Drizzle over beets and toss to coat all sides. Roast for 35-40 minutes or until tender, turning halfway through. Remove from oven and toss with balsamic vinegar and orange zest. Garnish with fresh mint leaves (optional). Try this recipe with potatoes and other root veggies too!
