Ingredients

Onion, Dextrose, Spices (Including Paprika, Celery Seed, Black Pepper), Sea Salt, Salt, Hydrolyzed Corn Gluten, Soy Protein and Wheat Gluten, Garlic, Caramel Color, Malted Barley Flour, and Natural Flavor.

Directions

Prep Time: 10 minutes. Cook Time: 1 hour. Makes 10 servings. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix; 2 lbs. lean ground beef or turkey; 2 eggs, lightly beaten; 1/2 cup milk; 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs or 1 cup soft bread crumbs (2 slices bread); 1/2 cup no salt added ketchup or tomato sauce (optional). 1. Mix all ingredients except ketchup in large bowl until well blended. 2. Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place in foil-lined baking pan or 9x5-inch loaf pan. Top with ketchup, if desired. 3. Bake in preheated 375 degree F oven 1 hour or until cooked through. Try this twist! Mini Meat Loaves: Use 1/2 cup no salt added ketchup in place of milk. Shape meat mixture into 8 loaves. Place in 13x9-inch baking pan. Spoon additional ketchup over top, if desired. Bake 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings. Pizza Meat Loaf: Add 1 tsp. each McCormick basil and oregano leaves to meat mixture. Top meat loaf with 1/2 cup pizza sauce. Bake as directed. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese during last 5 minutes or cooking.
