Prep Time: 10 minutes. Makes 10 servings. You Will Need: 1 pkg McCormick Seasoning Mix; 2 lbs beef stew meat, trimmed and cut into 1-inch cubes. 1 pkg (8 oz) fresh mushrooms, halved or sliced; 1/2 cup chopped onion; 1 cup water; 1 cup sour scream. 1. Place beef, mushrooms and onion in slow cooker. 2. Mix Seasoning Mix and water until blended. Pour over beef and vegetables; toss to coat well. Cover. 3. Cook 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Stir in sour cream until well blended. Cover. Cook 10 minutes or longer on low. Serve over cooked egg noodles, if desired. Slow Cooker Tip: For best results, do not remove cover during cooking. Try This Twist! Beef Paprikash: Use 2-1/2 lbs boneless beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes. Use 1 cup each chopped onion and green bell pepper for the vegetables.
