1. Rub 2-3 lbs. of meat, seafood or veggies with oil and place in a resealable bag with packet of dryglaze. 2. Close bag and gently shake for even coating. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to create a beautiful glaze. 3. For Grilling: Use indirect heat. For Roasting: Cover with foil and roast as usual. Remove foil halfway through for browning.
