Demerara Sugar, Sea Salt, Brown Sugar, Dried Honey Powder (Refined Syrup, Honey, Maltodextrin), Sun-Dried Tomato, Dehydrated Onion and Garlic, Spices (Including Thyme, Black Pepper, and Rosemary), Cornstarch, Lemon Juice Powder (Corn Syrup Solids, Lemon Juice, and Lemon Oil), Parsley, Natural Flavor, and Calcium Silicate (Anticaking).
1. Rub 2-3 lbs. of meat, seafood or veggies with oil and place in a resealable bag with packet of dryglaze. 2. Close bag and gently shake for even coating. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to create a beautiful glaze. 3. For grilling: use indirect heat. For Roasting: Cover with foil and roast as usual. Remove foil halfway through for browning.
