You Will Need: 1 pkg McCormick Seasoning Mix; 1/4 cup each olive oil and butter (1/2 stick) (Substitution: Use 1/2 cup olive oil or 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter instead of 1/4 cup each olive oil and butter); 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined; 1 tbsp lemon juice or 2 tbsp white wine (optional); 8 oz linguine or other pasta, cooked and drained. 1. Heat oil and butter in large skillet on medium heat until butter is melted. Add shrimp and seasoning mix; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. Stir in lemon juice or wine, if desired. 2. Toss with cooked pasta to coat well. Serve with grated parmesan cheese, if desired. Try this twist! Shrimp Scampi Tortellini: Add 1 cup halved cherry or grape tomatoes to skillet after cooking shrimp. Cook and stir 1 minute to slightly soften tomatoes. Add 1 pkg (8 oz) cheese tortellini, cooked; toss to coat well. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese, if desired.
