You'll Need: 1 pkg. McCormick Skillet Sauce; 1 tbsp. vegetable oil; 1-1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken tenders or thighs; 1 onion, cut in wedges. Prep Time: 5 min. Cook Time: 15 min. Heat oil in skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and onion; cook 10 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned, turning once. Stir in sauce.
