Stubb loved to cook pork, or pig as he called it. This spicy Pork Marinade Mix with chilies, lime and ginger gives a kick to anything pig. Or use it on cuts of beef, chicken and vegetables for Legendary Flavor. How to use it: Mix one package with oil, water and vinegar. Use ½ cup for marinating and save the rest for basting. Marinate any cut for an hour - longer for more flavor.

Directions: 1. Whisk marinade mix, oil, water and vinegar in small bowl. Pour 1/2 cup marinade over meat. Save the rest for basting. 2. Marinate any cut in refrigerator 30 minutes or longer for more flavor. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. 3. Grill over medium-high heat until cooked through, turning halfway through grilling. Baste with remaining marinade during last few minutes of grilling. Makes 2/3 cup marinade.
