Salt, Corn Starch, Dextrose, Hydrolyzed Corn, Soy Proteins and Wheat Gluten, Beef Fat, Caramel Color, Onion, Corn Syrup Solids, Garlic, Spices (Including Black Pepper), Celery, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose (Thickener), Sodium Caseinate (Milk), and Natural Flavor.

Directions

Total Time: 10 minutes. Makes 3 cups. You Will Need: 1 pkg McCormick Gravy Mix; 3 cups cold water. 1. Stir water gradually into Gravy Mix with whisk in medium saucepan. 2. Stirring frequently, cook on medium-high heat until gravy comes to boil. Serve over beef or pork. For Thicker Au Jus Gravy: Mix 3 tbsp flour with Gravy Mix before adding water.
