5-6 4-Inch Pancakes: 1 cup mix, 2/3 cup cold water. 10-12 4-Inch Pancakes: 2 cups mix, 1-1/3 cups cold water. 15-18 4-Inch Pancakes: 3 cups mix, 2 cups cold water. 20-24 4-Inch Pancakes: 4 cups mix, 2-2/3 cups cold water. 1. Heat griddle to 375 degrees F. Heat pancake griddle to 375 degrees F (medium heat). Lightly grease griddle. 2. Whisk pancake mix and water. Whisk pancake mix and water. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Do not over-mix. Let batter stand 2 minutes. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto griddle. 3. Cook until golden. Cook pancakes 1-3/4 to 2 minutes per side, or until golden brown, turning only once. Easy Ways to Boost Protein: For each cup of mix, make pancake batter as directed with the following substitutions: Protein Boost per 1 Cup Mix Batch Size: Make with 2/3 cup water, 13 grams protein per serving. Make with 2/3 cup milk, 15 grams protein per serving. Make with 2/3 cup milk and 1 egg, 18 grams protein per serving. Don't eat raw batter. High Altitude: No adjustment necessary.
