Enriched Bleached Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sugar, Soy Flour, Leavening (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Canola or Soybean Oil, Dextrose, Salt, Buttermilk, Mono-Diglycerides, Guar Gum.


Contains: wheat, soy and milk. Made on equipment that makes products containing wheat, eggs, milk, soy and tree nuts.


Easy Pancake: 4-inch Pancakes: 7-8; Mix: 1 cup; Water 3/4 cup. 4-inch Pancakes: 14-15; Mix: 2 cups; Water 1-1/2 cups. 4-inch Pancakes: 21-23; Mix: 3 cups; Water 2-1/4 cups. 4-inch Pancakes: 28-31; Mix: 4 cups; Water 3 cups. Important: Water level may be varied depending on desired thickness of pancakes. 1. Blend mix and cold water together with a wire whip. Batter will be slightly lumpy. (Do not overmix). 2. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto lightly greased and preheated 375 degrees F griddle (medium heat). 3. Cook pancakes 1 to 1-1/4 minutes per side, or until golden brown, turning only once. Store in a cool dry place.
