Directions

Now let's make some pancakes. All you need is water! Mix: 4 Inch Pancakes: 6-7: 3/4 cup mix; 2/3 cup water. 4 Inch Pancakes: 12-14: 1-1/2 cups mix; 1-1/3 cups water. Make! Mix. Batter will be thin at first. Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken. Cook over medium heat on a lightly greased skillet, flip once, and serve when golden brown. Prefer waffles? To make seven-to-nine 4 inch waffles, blend: 1 cup mix, 3/4 cup water, and 1-1/3 tbsp. oil (we suggest coconut oil). Cook according to waffle iron instructions.
